I need to put a good word in for Bill ( 1lasportsman ), who is a new member here as of about six weeks ago ... He read a post where I was looking for a model 7 .223rem bbl ... so he took it upon himself to PM me with an offer on a new factory take-off that he had. When we realized we were both in New Orleans (I was there working today) he offered to meet me face to face to make a sale ...
We met up on my way home, and he ended up selling me the bbl, along with a beautiful little model 7 wood stock for a ridiculously good price on both ... THAT is class and needs to be honored ...
Bill ... thanks again for being such a kind gentleman, and helping me to put together the parts of a rifle that will be built for my young son... Sorry that I didn't have time to hang out with you a bit longer this evening, but perhaps in the future? ... (grin)

I want to give a really big Thank You to "nimrodtracy". I purchased the Remington Mohawk 358 Win. that he had on the classifieds. This rifle in hand is far better then any picture taken. I have to admit that I might have up-set tracy and caused him to worry that it was lost in the mail or even stolen by a postal worker. He took extra time to go to the post office and inquire about the delivery. Snail Mail !!!! Everything worked-out and I took custody of the rifle today. I'm very pleased too say the least. We even talked till 2am in the morning. Hope he wasn't late for work. Tracy is a good guy in my book and I'm just a happy camper on the campfire. Ken
