I've got a new to me 7600 with a J lock. I've successfully swapped out lots of Remington safeties, but none of them were J locks. I'm just wondering if it's possible before I go spending another $15 on a piece of nylon.
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

I did it on a 7400, it was no problem at all. Hardest part of the whole job was was slipping the trigger group back into receiver.
