Its all over the place here. I picked up some for 3.65 at Sams, a few places were in the 3.80s, plenty as high as 4.19. Probably depends on when the station ran out and had to buy higher priced gas to restock.
I can't remember if it ever got to 4 here before or not.....even in the "peak oil" scare/scam.

Prices have shot up faster than an F-35. Every station I passed today was 3.999 except Costco, which was 3.769 -- and the lines there looked like Jimmy Carter years.

Some gas stations are closed here stating they cant keep up with the price increase and dont know how to price gas. Going as Biden planned

Went up from 3.79 yesterday to 3.84 this morning and on the way home this afternoon it was 3.89. Went up twice in one day.

News this evening said it beat the all time Record High Set in 2008. 😡😡😡

Just jumped $0.30 per gallon today. Now $3.99 for 87 octane unleaded, and $4.99 for diesel... So, sold some tech stock that was tanking and split proceeds between three oil stocks...

My Ameritrade account is around 70% energy stocks. TALO, SLB, ET, OXY, HAL, BIP, and XOM. The last week has been beyond good. Love to buy some Lukoil right now. Probably has the biggest upside potential of anything right now.

Paid $3.99 today in Idaho Falls. Last week it was around $3.50. The day Biden literally took office I paid $1.92. We bought a new pacifica plug in hybrid van in February last year. At te time it didn't make sense with $2 gas. I told my wife then that by summer gas would be $3 and by the end of 2021 it would be $4. My wife remembered and let me know in December that I was wrong because gas was only $3.50 then not $4.
Things were a bit better than I predicted. It's this year that I'm not sure what to predict. I do think it's possible that we'll see $6 gas this year in Idaho but with the mid terms coming the dems will do what they can to manipulate things until after the election. It's 2023 that has some real potential to get fubar'd.
