My 10 year old RCBS electronic pocket scale has died. Even though I have balance scales and a RCBS 1500 for powder charges, I sometimes find the pocket scale to be convenient for other uses on the bench. Looking for something that's not too darn expensive but has been reliable, repeatable, doesn't drift and easy to use.

What are your recommendations?

The new Hornady G3-1500 pocket scale has received some pretty good reviews. I've been thinking about picking one up.

That’s one I’m looking at

Anybody else using the Hornady scale?

I don't use that Hornady scale, but I started out with the cheap electronic one they used to include in their Lock N Load reloading kit about 5 years ago. It was ok, but just ok. I went to a Lock N Load scale, but now having issues with it. It's out of warranty now, so Hornady said they'd fix it, or at least look at it, but on my dime. I'm probably going to guy an RCBS Link when things around here settle down some and I can reload again.

I know you stated small and not expensive but I have tried numerous cheaper ones and they all drift. I bought a A&D FX-120i with the auto trickler and it has not drifted any over the past 3 years. It is very accurate like the beam scales but it is pricey
