Never shot one, but the only gripe I have read is the bolt gets dirty quickly (200 rounds or so) that "may" lead to reliability issues. Otherwise looks fun and there are not too many AR style .22 mag autos being made these days.
Kel-Tec has a lot of guns that are conceptually very cool. Most of the ones I have done research on were not reliable enough for me to be confident in them. If you google Kel-Tec CMR30 problem, you'll probably read enough to steer you away.
I have a CMR 30 that I've owned for years. I bought a PMR 30 to go along with it. Both have been reliable. Load the magazines properly and you're good to go. Are they target firearms? No, but they are more than accurate enough for pest control and knocking around in the woods.

I bought one years ago as a companion to my PMR 30.
Like the PMR, it's ugly but I haven't had any issues with mine at all. Like MIVHNTR said, just make sure you pay attention when you load the magazines and you'll be good to go.
Mine wears a little red dot and has shown to be decently accurate.
I've never mounted a scope to see how accurate though, because I bought it as a small, thin, lightweight rifle to keep in the truck, on the ATV, in the tractor, or wherever else it's needed when we're at the farm.
FWIW, the triggers on my PMR and my CMR are way better than I expected for anything made by Kel-Tec.
Got one a few years ago. Folks enjoy shooting it… it is referred to as the “fun gun.” Lady shooters and kids get a kick out of it. I guess I do too.
Accuracy is ok and reliability is ok once you learn how to load the mags. Put a suppressor on it once and it was pretty darn quiet. But like most rimfire semi autos it gets dirty quickly and it seemed to me that the suppressor made it worse.
Mostly it is just fun to shoot.
