They do not have the cut off like the A5. These are great shotguns.

I don't know much about Browning shotguns. How would I know? From what I've read the magazine cutoff was on the earlier versions of the BPS. It's a rotating ring on the receiver end of the magazine tube that is marked "S" and "R". The BPS is my favorite pump gun due to the tang safety and bottom eject. If you or your kids shoot left handed or if you reload, this is the one to use. I have the 12, 20 & 28 gauges in this platform and they are flawless.
