While leafing through a magazine, I saw an ad for rifle bullets with spiral indentations in the ogive, not quite parallel to the bullet axis. I forget the name of the bullets but they looked like FMJ bullets but with the depressions. Would this have any benefit or is it just a gimmick like the old Herter's sonics?
