Hope Brady gets more $$$ than Erin.

For Rogers it’s probably about the money.

Brady and his wife are worth ~ a billion.

I don’t think this is about the money for Tom.

He's seeing the inflation and 40 days off - realized he had to go back to work.

I wonder how the guy that paid $518,628.00 for his last touchdown football feels this morning?

Maybe we need an injury pool. Guess how long it takes before his aging body gets too broken to fix.

I am sure many here will agree with you.

I think it’s more about competing - and winning - for him.

Don't care if one person agrees with me. It's all about baby needs new shoes, or something...

He has a net worth of $250 million, and you think he needs more money? That is not believable. The guy is just a die hard competitor.

Nope. They always want more of that money.. or the wife / family does.

Three years ago, he was gonna leave the Patriots and go to an 8-8 mediocre team in Florida. Now, I am a big Tom Brady fan. I said on this forum, "Tom it is time to retire. Get out with dignity. You are too old and you have SIX rings, more than any one else. Don't make a fool of yourself like Brett Favre."

Tom didn't listen, he moved to Florida, and in the first year won Ring Number Seven. This guy is unreal.

So, I would now tell Tom tom retire with dignity, but what do I know?

If there's one guy in the NFL that's fueled by competitive spirit and nothing else, it's Brady.
It also doesn't hurt that his wife is the major breadwinner in the family.

No QB will ever win the amount of rings he's amassed simply because none are willing to sacrifice the bag in favor of the ring.
