Sent you a Pm. I’ll take it if still available. My very first high power bolt action was a Rem 788 Carbine in 308 Win. I sold it to the gun shop for cheap to buy books when I was in college. My second to replace that one was a rifle just like this one in 257 Rbts. Loved that rifle. I foolishly traded it for a Rem 700 Classic 257. Never loved that rifle. Swore I’d buy them back if I ever could. Still need the 788.
