This is the rifle I had sent to me after the 6.5 PRC shenanigans. I’m not opposed to the chambering but it wasn’t one of things I had my sights on. I’ll be picking it up tomorrow but I got to hold it this evening. Balances better than the PRC and the action is smooth as butter. Specs are as follows.
Mack Bro’s Evo short action Nitrided bolt
Shilen match grade stainless barrel 5/8-24 threaded
McMillan Hunters Edge stock
Trigger Tech Field 2.5-5.5
Hawkins Bottom Metal
Receiver and barrel are Cerakoted
6.8Lbs but I’ll confirm that when I get it home. Comes with Factory bases and I have 2 boxes of 140gr Match RDF that can be worked into the deal. And if enough members ask for it. I can mount a scope on it and fire 4 rounds at 100yds. Asking $1900 plus shipping and insurance for the rifle and ammo. $1850 plus shipping and insurance for rifle only. What were the 6.5 prc shenanigans? They didn’t use a correct mag box or something along those lines.
