I think everyone that has a baby should contribute 5K to some kind of fund, something that helps me pay my [bleep] property tax for schools while I have ZERO children.....

All of the colleges will find a way to raise the tuition costs by $5000.00 to take advantage of the windfall and everyone would be right back to where they started except the taxpayers. What should happen is every tax supported college needs to justify every tax dollar spent to ensure that even the "poor" can afford to go to college. It's a bad idea. kwg

DEPORT the parents.
They can take the child with them or leave it in the care of a guardian such as a friend or relative. Taking the child with them does not deprive it of its citizenship as once it reaches 18 it can apply at the local embassy/consulate for proof of citizenship and return to the USA.

The amazing thing is not only that she would suggest such an idiotic idea, but that it doesn't immediately eliminate her from the presidential race, that the majority of the people don't just laugh her right out of contention. It shows just how bad things are, how much of a minority we are. Its hard to be a conservative AND an optimist.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday that every child born in the United States should get a $5,000 "baby bond" from the government to help pay for future costs of college or buying a home. I guess working for a living would be to much work?
