I saw this twice on I-20 south of Dallas/Ft Worth yesterday. Once was at a Ford dealership. Yes, the American flag should be on the “speaker’s right or the viewer’s left. So what happens when you walk over to the other side and then view the OUTDOOR, PERMANENTLY PLACED flagpoles from the opposite direction? Are you going to move the flags? National flags should be displayed at the same level which these are.
