What's a used one of these in excellent condition with box and papers going for these days? Local guy is selling off his late father's guns and this one interests me.

I can't help you very much with a price but I can tell you that I have one and it is a surprisingly good firearm - I would think $300 or so would be in the good but not great buy range. I seem to recall purchasing mine new for that price range about 10 years ago and it came with a hard case, holster and two magazines, all from the factory.
