We caught a nice chunk of the Nevada Muledeer migration this week south of Elko and saw at least 500 deer and the bucks still had antlers. It was amazing to see herds like that in this country. There were some really nice bucks and all the deer looked healthy and enjoying the mild winter and bright sunshine. mike r Don't wish it were easier Wish you were better Stab them in the taint, you can't put a tourniquet on that. We keep them running until mid March just to keep track of what’s left after the season and which ones have shed their antlers. If we live long enough, we all have regrets. But the ones that nag at us the most are the ones in which we know we had a choice. Doug

TheKid Campfire Outfitter T Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 8,182	Boy and I cruised the backroads this evening for a half hour. Saw around 100 deer. At least 15 bucks were still sporting headgear. The only half rack was a spike, didn’t look close enough to see if it was shed, broken, or never grew.
