Up for sale is two pristine 20 gauge SKB model 100 double barrel shotguns. Both of these are in excellent condition with virtually no signs of use. I wish I could keep both of these but I need to free up some funds for another purchase. These shotguns have risen sharply in popularity over the last five years. Many have been snatched up by the cowboy action shooting community so finding pristine models that are unmolested doesn’t happen everyday. I’m pricing these a couple hundred under gunbroker prices. I have multiple pictures and will be happy to provide any additional info requested through a PM. Guns are located in Alabama but I can ship to your ffl with proper coordination.

SKB Ithaca Model 100 20 gauge. Immaculate bluing and only a few very small handling marks from moving around in a safe. Barrels are 28” long and choked modified and full. $1450 OBO

SKB Mitsui Model 100 20 gauge. Highly engraved receiver with excellent polished blue. Wood is beautiful with very minor/noticeable handling marks. Pachmayr decelerator recoil pad installed. Barrels are 25” long choked improved cylinder and modified. This gun is a looker! $1700 OBO

SKB Mitsui Model: what is a Mitsui model?

My apologies guys. I’m working on the post count to be able to respond to PM’s. Evidently 25 isn’t the magic number.

BlairVT…..SKB’s were initially imported by Ithaca and then by Mitsui. They are essentially the same gun but the Mitsui models tend to have more engraving and a higher polish blue compared to the earlier guns. I’ll work on importing some pics through Imgur.

I looked through all the pics I had taken but I don’t think I really got a good representation of the cast on either of them. I can try to take some tonight if you’re interested.

Just a side note for anybody hating the Mod Full choice. I just got a set of SKB chrome lined barrels back from Mike Orlen in Maine. He is one that can open up chrome-lined barrels with no problems. Mine is now Mod/IC and a perfect pointer with the 28” barrels. I believe it cost me $110 including return shipping. Very fast turnaround. If you need info, PM me.

You’re right 257heaven, I’ve heard great things about Mike Orlen on these guns. I’ll likely be sending one or two of mine off to him before next season.
