As the title says: I am looking to see if anyone knows whether the online stores or national chain stores have stocks of hunting ammo in 6.5x55 (i.e., no FMJ). I have looked around and, other than gunbroker, I have come up empty. Sign of the times, maybe. Any help?
Thanks. K

Ammoseek is a good source. If you can’t find it there, you have to comb the local gun shops for an old dust covered box here and there
Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else.

Your best bet is to do a search for PPU 6.5x55 hunting ammo, its likely to be your cheapest option...just be aware, everything is high right now.

Good advice from both above. Also S&B has nice 139 grain soft point usually that can be found in today's " reasonable " pricing. Anything under $1.50 a round is a good buy now................

Good luck KNC, I have a couple boxes of what I shoot in mine (Hornady SST) and between availability and price I’m glad I’ve got some and am ready to load ELD-X when these run out.
It’s a good load if you happen to run across any.

Lots of places online list having it, but are out of stock. And those places usually charge about $1..50 per round (as Razorhog says) plus about $20 for shipping.
