He's obviously not looking for a lightweight rifle if he's looking for a Remington Sendero they weigh 10lbs naked ....lol GLW your search I lack 4 completing my set and they are getting harder and harder to find and have definitely got crazy high due to all the contributing factors but one of the best as far as accuracy straight out of the box.

You are correct. I have several senderos. Bought a 25-06 from here a few years ago and gave it to my son for a graduation present. I tried to trade him several of my custom guns for it, but he won’t let me have it…lol! I even tried the old “you’ll get it back when I die” tactic.

What else ya have to trade besides the stainless 280 ?
I have a Remington 700 Sendero Special 25-06 that is set up nice.
Hadn't really thought about letting it go, but ya never know. If the right gun or $$$ came along it could be had I suppose.
