Went to the East European market today so I made a charcuterie plate. Never smoked beef ribs before…. Last week when I made em I used Garlic salt, pepper, and a light dusting of voodoo seasoning. Those were great. Tonight I used some premixed stuff in the back of the cupboard. Didn’t care for it as much. Usually have a backup on hand also. It’s very good on chicken and fish.
