One of our biggest customers is Energy Transfer Partners, a huge player in the LNG market. They are selling lots and lots of it to China, shipping out of South Louisiana and Corpus Christi.

Let's say conservatively Russia produces 10% of the world's oil total production. That puts Russia's hands on the developed worlds throat. If that oil were forced or withheld from the market all hell would break loose with oil prices. All kinds of countries would go hat in hand to Russia seeking oil. Some of those countries would likely be members of NATO.

I believe Putin anticipated all of the sanctions and fallout and has a plan up his sleeve..... he has been preparing for years, he fears no stinkin sanctions.... The Ruble and it's value is immaterial in the long run. This whole thing is to break the back of the petro dollar... We will have a new reserve currency and probably several reserve currencies, maybe even a digital reserve currency... and the US will have no say in it.
