1/12 twist will work best with light loads. Start at the 45gr and see how it does

I already have the loads listed in the OP - the 45g Tsx will give me half inch groups for a velocity of 3450 fps. Very interested to see how this performs on deer.

I have shot a stag with the 53 grain TTSX before, out of a .222 at a milder velocity, I think it was just on 3000fps. The entrance and exits were very hard to find although the deer died handily enough.
