Panama City is a schithole town, there might be a pretty beach there, but I can tell you from experience the majority of towns from Pensacola to Panama City are high crime schitholes loaded with minorities.

I lived near Ft. Walton Bch. for 13 years, every single young person I met, which was quite a few, is a whigger, girls included. Panama City has been a very popular spring break destination for a long time. Whenever you have a big crowd of college age spring breakers you have drugs. A good portion of those college kids intend to spend spring break stoned out of their minds, that's just the way it is. I wish it wasn't so but that's the reality of what your clean cut college kid is doing at the beach. There aren't enough local drug dealers in the Panama City area to supply the need so the enterprising ones from Atlanta, Birmingham, Montgomery etc. load their best stuff in the car along with their homies and head to PCB in the anticipation of selling a lot of product. They call them "100 milers" even though most come from further than 100 miles. Of course no self respecting drug dealer is going to go around unarmed.
That's who has been causing the trouble in Panama City. If they'd publish where they're from (don't count on the media doing that) you'd see that most of them are from the more esteemed chithole cities within driving distance. Panama City is the closest nice beach to Atlanta/Birmingham/Montgomery, etc. so that's where they head. These types always bring their "posse" with them so you essentially have small drug dealing gangs descending upon the area to supply the demand during spring break. Mix together rival inner city drug gangs, booze, drugs, and guns into the same small area and you get what we've seen.
It's not the college kids doing this. It's the out of town drug dealers and their thug buddies. Yep! They go to the beach and the big crowd looking for targets. 😡

Didn't this happen last year also? IIRC, they shut down some beaches and certain areas frequented by spring breakers because of the violence and crimes committed. Most of the offenders were not college kids, they were people targeting the spring break kids as easy victims. And shared the same ethnicity. Yeah. This has been happening for like twenty years, now.
