I just read that the Vatican has converted 10 million Euros into Rubles in order to buy natural gas from Russia.

Taking down the Comex would likely be the biggest plus of this whole schittshow, but I'm not holding my breath that they would let it happen. Somehow everybody would end up screwed but the bullion banks.

1. Seizes and then nationalizes foreign investment and physical assets. 2. Just simply break and change the terms of a long term sales contract.
Smart, real smart. Hopefully the Capital markets will bankrupt Russia and deny them any access to foreign capital and investments.

It will be a bit of trouble to get the infrastructure in place to do so. But there's a worldwide market for energy sources.
The EU will talk tough for a while. But in the end it will do what's in its best interest to do,....and that's to buy natural gas from Russia and pay for it with Rubles.
