So mine was taken with a .223 using 77gr TMK at about 90 yards.

Judging by hole size and condition of the meat, it was big, not real fast, and expansive. I've seen similar from muzzleloaders shooting sabots. Big holes, little destruction of what's left. Cleans up nice, less loss than expected.
Rio7's photo looks more high velocity. The meat looks shellshocked and slimy. Just the opposite of the OP's. The damage will extend into what's left. Lotta meat trimming, bunch of junk to throw away.
I know Rio says the same round. I believe that, but from past experience that was my guess.

I have no clue about the one in the OP's picture, but offer a short story of less than a 1000 words to substitute for a picture that i don't have. Some years ago I was set up on a deer stand in Halifax NC, overlooking a massive soybean field. Since the shot was going to be between 400 and 600 yards for sure I was carrying a 300WM, Just before dark a nice deer popped up at my feet, within 15 yards and I lit it up with a 150 grainer. Devastation. Looked like I'd lobbed a hand grenade.
Cleaned up nice though, and the rest of it was tasty!
