Cleaned up the Weber grill and used it for the first time this year. Seasoned and browned up a rack of pork ribs. Shut off half the grill and moved them to the cooler side. Put whole carrots with real butter and seasonings in aluminum foil on warm side of grill. Let them cook about 1 1/2 more hours. Put Sweet Baby Ray's sauce (Sweet n Spicy) on for last 30 minutes. Turned out perfectly. Tender, but not quite ready to fall off the bone. I like to chew meat off the bone. Wimped out and bought a container of already made garlic mashed potatoes. It was a great meal. I could not believe pork ribs were $4.99 per LB. $17.27 for mine. Thanks Brandon!

Been absent. Eating meat only. Got boring. Family came home from their vacation, so did some stuff peppers with homemade ceaser dressing.
