Why would you guys make this so personal as to go to pming each other?
I thought the runt would get jailed over it. I was wrong. I hope there was more presented to the grand jury than the video that we’ve all been arguing about. It was simple from the beginning. A guy comes on your property and threatens you, don't leave when you tell him to, tries to take your gun "assault" you shoot him. A pretty simple case of self defense.

It's the right legal decision, but he is a very lucky idiot because he bears some responsibility for escalating the situation. That video shows no good reason for him to bring out a gun at the point that he did. Nothing physical or threatening happened on that video prior to him pulling the gun out. Buck, he was told to get off of the property and he refused. That's where Read opened himself up to the consequences. People can argue about the shooting all day long (and they still are) and I totally agree it was a huge cluster, but Read could have exited the property when told to and he would still be alive today. Personally, I think those two women were egging two stupid dudes on and got the testosterone flowing, but that's just my opinion.

As is proven above, I predicted in November that this guy would walk. However, I could see in a Lib state like Massachusetts, which hates AR 15s in the first place, that the little guy would have gotten life in the state pen. Definitely two guys with more testosterone than brains.
