Bring up the full sized pic on your host site and copy that URL. Should come up a bit larger.

He's just using the attachment feature integrated into the forum, so it requires size reduction down to under 100 Kilobytes. Embedding in the post makes it a little bigger, but not by much.

Hoping to try and catch some on Stockton Lake Saturday. Dang cold front coming in will mess that up.

What 1minute is saying is to upload to a 3rd party hosting site, many of us use imgur.com

Some use a website callled postimage https://postimages.org/ to do this because it requires no login, just upload the pic and grab the link. I don't like it because you can't keep a record of all the pics you've ever uploaded for future use.

By posting on a 3rd party site, the resolution is kept the same (big). The weblink is posted into this forum, and it goes and grabs the picture and embeds it in the post for others to view.

I'm heading to Roaring River tomorrow evening to catch a carp in a suit.
I haven't fished Stockton in about 6 years now, lost my fishing buddy when the ex and I split. His wife and my ex grew up together.

I tried imgur, didn't have any luck with it from my phone,I don't have a laptop or home computer.
Not to mention, I'm a tech-tard
