Ribeye, garlic toast and Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Bake(frozen boxed veggies from the from the store) made for a tasty meal! ----- Garlic bread toasting while steaks are resting. ----- Finishing to preferred internal temp indirect. ----- Searing on GrillGrates over a wide side up Vortex. ----- Excellent flavors with DB180 Grill All, DB180 All Purpose and Tatonka Dust on the ribeye’s. I like the string tie idea. Gonna have to try that.

Didn’t have the time for Brussels sprouts but I had a rib roast and a hungry teenager who’s been helping me out. Threw some red taters in aluminum with butter and oil. Seared the steaks two minutes per side till it was crispy all over. Stuck them on the Traeger at 275 till they hit 130 internal. He cleaned his steak up. Damned kids and put it away! Thanks for the motivational pictures Mossy!
