1938 edition of the Winchester Mod 12 in 16 gauge. 26" barrel measured to the end of the installed choke tube, 2.75" chamber. Normal wear for an 84 year old gun. It has a weaver compensator choke system with a 1/4 choke tube installed, which according to my internet search is an improved cylinder. LOP is 12.5" which means it was probably stocked for a woman or youngster. With the limb saver slip on pad, which I will include free of charge, the LOP is 13.5". I have shot a couple rounds of skeet with it and it works exactly as a Model 12 should. Bore is good. $395 shipped to your FFL. Alaska or Hawaii would probably be a bit higher due to shipping cost.

How long would the barrel be if you removed the choke?

Just the choke or the whole compensator? 24.5 with the choke tube removed. 22.5 with choke tube and compensator removed

Nope. The stock is not original to the gun, the forend is and has the associated dings of an 84 year old, but no cracks or splits.
