Name the branch of government that CAN be trusted. There's not-a-one. There ARE honorable individuals, yes.
They will gather into honorable small groups often. That's as far as honorable behavior goes within government.
And that's true for non-government groups and organizations too, including businesses large and medium sized.

What it is...with CIA's dismal track record, they can 'feed' all they want to...nobody will listen. From the Bay of Pigs, 9/11, Arab Spring, Ames spy case, Afghanistan, N Korea on and on, failure and epic blunders at every level, endlessly. A totally dysfunctional agency, no different than any other, and not as good as the Post Office.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.
