Just got the stock back from Rick today and finished up travlin man's rifle.
TM, if your out there, it is shipping Monday!
Finished up minutes ago.

Rifle and proof target with Remmy green box ammo. 3006 is still doing fine in my book!
Great paint job Rick! We are sending all webbing paint jobs to you! We will stick to the camo jobs.

Not sure on the exact weight. Still waiting for the digital UPS scale LOL.
I think the runs about 6-6.5 LBS how she sits in the pict.

Here are some stats:
700 action trued
PacNor #3 conture barrel 23"
McM mountain rifle stock
pillar and glass bedded.
Talleys for the scope
Loopy 6X scope
HD coat on the action, bolt bases rings and TG, grit blast on the barel.
Rick Bin Paint on the stock

Good looking rifle, shoots too! That Rick just keeps getting better at that webbing all the time.

Now how can anyone expect to go hunting with that ? The .30-06 just doesn't work anymore. It is not a super whammy magnum, it's not a high tech short super new cartridge. It's not even an exotic hard-to-find mythic caliber. Y'all should be ashamed using such a weak, old-fashoned chambering. Why you can practically pick up ammo off the ground it's so common. Your teeth don't even chatter when it kicks !!!! shame, shame, shame, shame !

Just teasin' y'all. That sure is a handsome rifle. Wishin' it was mine now ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Celt, Just got back late last night, jet lagging bad and feeling like crap. Drug over to the computer and see this. Man, you know how to make a guy feel better. That is one fine looking rifle. Not sure what I was expecting but I can tell you this is more than I expected. The only problem is you showing your target. Now I can not use it and tell everyone I shot it. :-)

Many, many thanks! TM

PS. Guess I know where I will be going next weekend! to the range for sure!
