Trust me, that gang thug bullchit starts on I-26 on the way to that mall.....the last 2 times I had to travel that way, I was ready to shoot somebody by the time I had gotten that far.....that highway be full of triggered folks .....

Unbelievable. When I was in high school my house was less than a mile from there. That was all woods. Irmo was nice suburbs. Not any more.

Just heard Air-1 flying east of me...
A pregnant 17YO got shot while sitting in her car at midnight last night. They had to take the baby by c-section, momma and baby are in critical condition. Someone is going to jail tonight.

I suspect that it didn’t happen in Freeland. Probably less than 15 miles down the road but a world away.

I don’t want them here but it boggles my mind that they’ll stay in Saginaw and send their kids to Saginaw schools in order to “keep it real.” When they can afford an old Cadillac or SUV and Nikes but live in the slums and are happy to send their kids to school in those schools and live in those neighborhoods.

I’ll take a pass on school of choice. Either buy into the neighborhood and housing cost and property taxes or don’t.

Just had that conversation with my wife earlier today. We should have moved out to Freeland when our kids graduated high school. One of our granddaughter's goes to Swan Valley Schools. She was telling me how she was told in class that the problem is that their grandparents are racist. I explained to her that when you're 68 years old you've seen the evil that blacks are capable of.

My five year old came home from school a few weeks ago and said “dad did you know that our country used to make brown kids use separate bathrooms and drinking fountains, that’s so sad!” They haven’t taught a thing about George Washington or any of our founders. Or that the US was the single greatest thing to happen to freedom and individual rights but they can single out “brown people” having separate drinking fountains at a time down south when only her great grandmother was alive. It isn’t wrong strictly speaking but is absolutely selective “education.”

Three weeks ago we had school pride week with a rainbow clothes day to celebrate diversity. It’s normalization and brainwashing literally starting at the kindergarten level for what should be and is compared to most a conservative district. Last week parents received an email informing us that the school district will treat all kids with love and respect but wanted to inform us that no students in middle school currently identify as animals and that rumors that some do are false. WTF! Midland schools recently put down a rumor that contrary to some rumors they do not supply kitty litter boxes in the student bathrooms for students that identify as cats. Midland is obviously another school district with a mostly conservative reputation as is Swan Valley.
