How many of you Steve Hornady, critics have been CEO of a major Company? with all the problems that go with the job?

The company I worked for at the time (in management) - much MUCH larger than Hornady was pretty specific with us.
We can not force you to get a jab.
We will make time available to those who want to get it

I do all those things.... I even built my own business... My dad didn't build it and give it to me..... and I think Steve Hornady is a fugkin piece of schit for mandating his employee's get the jab. I have worked for a couple of family owned business's and most of the owners children were entitled pieces of schit. AFAIK Steve Hornady has always been involved in his family business, so I would expect him to know his employees and their areas of interest. He probably worked along side many of them as he worked his way up the management hierarchy. I have inherited a family business, have purchased an existing business, and have started a business from scratch. All have their challenges.

The reality is as long as the current administration plans to do what they are planning in May - then you can build a wall 500 feet tall, but if you don't close the gate, what's the point. The wall with Trump's policies could make a difference - but short of that - why get a ladder when you can walk across using the front door?
