Is there a rimfire scope that maintains zero while enduring vibration?

This is a pest control 17 that sits in the ATV gun rack. It gets vibration from the uneven ground, offroad tires, and from the thumper engine.

1" tube
3-9, 4-12, 4-16. Will shoot 10-250yards
Simple crosshair reticle
Will endure repeated prolonged vibration

What scopes have survived in your gun racks?

I think your mount is pretty important too.

Does the Burris Signature fine plex reticle look exactly like the picture? It appears that the thicker parts of the reticle are not centered with the thinner parts.

I can't say that I see any advantage to a rimfire scope on a rifle that will be used out to 250 yards. You'd be just as well off to get a centerfire scope if going with AO and if going with a fixed parallax scope, you'd be better off with the centerfires 100 - 150 yard parallax setting.

Very good points. I’m interested in either if it meets my needs. Rimfire scopes with adjustable objectives generally start at closer ranges which is helpful.

A 6x or 10x SWFA will do everything need doing well out past 250 yards.

Works well, as parallax is adjusted for close shots and further out, holds zero, dials correctly and the reticle is very good if dialing is not your thing.

i just purchased a couple of 1x6 Burris tactical scopes 30 tube this scope is tuff , scope was on the wall gun rack 6 ft. off cement floor my cat / my buddy knock this Ruger 22 K-Hornet rifle to the floor, rifle hit the floor scope was 1st to hit the floor ,stock handle was cracked bad ,scope had some nasty marks on the outside so i shot this rifle and i will be dang point of impact was still the same . my Nightforce scopes if drop never were that solid. i did have to go to the Stu`s gunsmith shop at Del-Tone ST.Cloud Mn. and get my stock fixed on this rifle ,but the scope is just fine with marks of some character showing its tuffness.mounted the other 1x6 Burris 30 tube on my new toy a Black Rain AR - 15 556/223 works great too !

I have a couple of the Burris Signature HD 3-15x44's on rimfires. One on a CZ 457 17HMR. Liked it so much that I put on on my Bergara BMR .22. Fantastic scopes - comparable to Leupold VX-5 in my opinion for 1/2 price or less. I really like the big turrets, they are easy to use even with gloves on and I can see the numbers without needing reading glasses. They have been very consistent when dialing and returning to zero. My only gripe is where they are made.
