I found an old Remington 14, not a 141, but the older model. Marbles peep in 35 Rem, shows honest wear, not drilled and tapped. I would call it 65 to 70% at best. Any idea what is worth??

Work in a gun shop. Your gun in 85% condition between $500 - $900. Also you did not mention caliber. Cowboy cartridges worth more than standard ones. they would be .38-.40 WCF or .44-.40 WCF.

Actually you did mention the caliber as .35 Rem. Therefor you should be able to get around $550 for it in 85% condition.

I think huntergeorge is thinking the 14 1/2 which brings more money. Good honest gun in that condition is in the $350 range, add another $75 for the the sight. If you like it and the price is $450 or less I would buy it. 35 Remington is still a factory loaded round and will make a fine bear and deer rifle. Ryan
