I had never seen this buck before but there he was on camera. He crossed one our ponds dams twice in early November, always heading directly into the wind in daylight. After filling my first bow tag I decided to use a farm tag in hopes of catching up with him. Mid morning Nov 19 he just appeared like a ghost underneath me. He was heading north across another dam in a NW wind. My scent was blowing just over the edge of the pond behind me. Fortunately for me, the wind was a little bit more in my favor than his. Meder did the mount.
