I got tired of waiting the last 2 years for a "reasonable" price on primers, something I doubt we'll ever see again. The best thing you can do is buy as many as you can at the lowest price you can. Use a tool such as https://ammoseek.com/reloading/primers
Looking at ammo prices today, $.11-.12 cents will look cheap in 2 years! $2.50- $3.50 per round! Brass, bullets, powder, primer are all up. Ever see anything come down. I can buy a Cessna 172 for less than a new pickup! That’s a damn airplane!
They have more of the same TAC. I picked up a couple of pounds of Alliant Power Pro 300-MP for $22/# last week.
Retumbo was high as it is unobtainable, my LGS paid a premium and a south Texas forum member drove hundreds of miles to pick it up from me. Same for H4350, it's there at $50/# due to his premium paid.
Primers have been non-existent, thankfully I am set for life. Same with bullets both long and hand gun.

Absolutely. Things got real bad after a couple other elections/tragic events in recent history. I remember when a local gun store was offering $2000 for ANY ar15 as they knew they could sell it for $3000. (they had ONE dpms left on the shelf for $3500)
Prices will come down. Maybe not quite to what they were before, but with recent inflation everything is higher than it was.
That stings a little, but it’s the truth I’m still shooting nearly every day, but you can believe when components get low I’ll pay the going rate even if it’s black market prices
I stopped in a local gun shop yesterday and they had about 40 cases of CCI on the shelf all sizes, but only for sale by the case of 5000 @ $499.99 2 case limit I left them there, On the bright side looks like things are steadily becoming more available
