One thing is for sure....these "smart" fuggers would lock your children and family back down in an instant.
They would keep them there in order to avoid saying they were wrong.
A bunch of you appear to be okay with that....and want civility.
And THAT gentlemen... sums up this thread 100%. THAT... is how the libs play fearful men like a fiddle every single damn time. On March 23, 1775 Patrick Henry put forward a resolution “to secure our inestimable rights and liberties, from those further violations with which they are threatened (by King George III)" Is not King Biden seizing your liberties FROM YOU... in that exact same manner TODAY? "Give me liberty…or give me death!” St. John's Church in Richmond, VA (2401 East Broad Street... if any of you care to visit)... was his fury at the 1775 Continental Congress... Two excellent posts!

One thing for sure, The Good Doctor is a physician, and most of us aren't. So is Dr. Fauci.

I think he would. He would want the truth spoken, not platitudes and self-serving grandstanding. He stood for individual choice, freedom and less .gov intrusion into folk's lives. Saw it in his posts. Mandates? I bet his middle finger was raised towards DC daily. We are lesser without him here.

One thing for sure, The Good Doctor is a physician, and most of us aren't. So is Dr. Fauci. Fauci has more education and money than all of us.....so therefore he is the best.

Trying to figure this out. Doc gets called out for saying covid is something that one should have been concerned about. deflave and others call him all sorts of names and say that covid isn't/wasn't anything more than a cold. Doc points out that one of the members here died of covid and he could have been influenced to not get timely treatment by those saying it's nothing worse than a cold.
Then Doc is called out for using the member to make a point.
JFC... I’m not being called out for using the example of a member who died, although they pretend that’s the case. I’m being called out for daring to make these self-righteous jaybirds uncomfortable for their possible complicity in someone’s death because of the opinions they so strongly voiced (and still do, some of them). It’s just fine for them to point fingers at me and other docs for coming out in favor of the vaccines in 2021, telling me I’m responsible for some untold imaginary number of vaccine-related deaths, but it’s a horror to them for me to point a finger back and tell them they may be culpable in some part for EE’s death. Cutting to the chase... Did you then... or do you now... believe a vaccine can prevent a virus? I do not need a long answer... Yes or No will suffice. Thanks Not Doc Rocket, nor do I play him on TV. But if I may, the obvious short answer is YES. The long answer would include discussion of HPV, Influenza, Chickenpox, Shingles, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Mumps, Polio and of course Covid 19. I don't think your single question adds much light.

One thing for sure, The Good Doctor is a physician, and most of us aren't. So is Dr. Fauci. Doc Rocket is an ACTUAL physician, working in emergency rooms and saving lives on a weekly basis. And he is more than that as he did a lot of research through medical institutions we have little knowledge of. He translated the edu-babble into terms I could understand. And he was lied to just like the rest of us. He is NOT a government toady, lapping up easy money by publishing false data. Know your enemies.

However....the swiftness in which these people supported the lockdowns is terrifying. The damage caused being brushed off with a simple..."meh...we were wrong...oopsie" is not good enough. How can we be assured that they will not act this way again? Especially once they proclaim to be the smartest individuals in the room? Its concerning when the smartest person in the room was wrong the earliest....and was wrong the longest.

I think I know who to trust. Well, yea, but you don't hear a lot of Dr Kevorkian's patients complaining. So, there's that.

One thing for sure, The Good Doctor is a physician, and most of us aren't. Not specific to DocRocket but I've found that a lot of doctors feel that if you're not one, you could never have been one and thus are "beneath" them. Simply isn't so. Do you have to be smart to be an MD - sure, in a lot of ways yes. But are only the smartest MD's - hell no, not even close. "I save lives!! I'm a doctor" - dude you're a guy doing 35 "consultations" a day to prescribe generic Viagra via ForHims.com - not all are equal.

The problem with intellectuals is they have a false sense of hubris.... my guess would be that "hubris" was instilled by universities blowing smoke up their azz and the student not having enough smarts to recognize it. Humility is a useful quality. Like George Orwell said.. " Some ideas are so stupid that only intellectuals believe them."

But he wasn’t smart enough to realize the big lie while lots of others were. It’s that simple. The information was there to know better. He chose not to know. Was incapable of knowing. Or knew and made a decision to toe the company line anyway.

Cardiovascular surgeon I'm not saying all doctors do nothing but get old men hard for their secretaries but just because you have an MD - doesn't mean you're all the same and we saw a lot of people say "I'm a doctor" instead of "I'm a podiatrist - take the vaccine" so people could gauge what value to give their opinion. There's a famous saying "People ask you what you do for a living so they know how much respect to give you" and there's a lot of ways to answer that question. "I'm a 40 year entrepreneur" vs "I own my own truck and am a truck driver" - both true, both very valid but by someone outside the industry - one answer would garner much more respect than the other. Same I suspect for those who simply state "Trust me I'm a doctor" and not what kind. I wish I could find it to cite but back when this first came about there was a lot of back and forth and someone stated "If you're a doctor more than 2 years out of school, it's likely you're already outdated when it comes to modern knowledge in medicine" - yet we had "doctors" who were in their 70's talking about what's happening and people were listening to them - and that doctor hadn't seen anything more complicated than an ingrown toe nail in 20 years. But hey "doctor". Covid was a massive credibility grab for a lot of people and it's come around to bite many in the ass.

I do not believe that Doc Rocket was the mastermind behind the release of the Covid nor the propaganda and political malfeasance done my our real enemies, the shadow government/swamp/commies, Big Pharma, and lapdog congressmen. If by "they" and "these people" you mean the rat bastards that used our own institutions against us, we must be vigilant. From that point I do not know what to do as the institutions that are supposed to safeguard us from "Them" are controlled by Them. Our own Government has been usurped by anti Americans and their greedy willing toadies.

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
