"Most" favorite? Asparagus!!! You fix it, or not, and I'll eat it!
Boil, chill and dip in Ranch dressing!
Boil, drain and top with butter/cheese and enjoy!
Saute in butter with onion and make an "asparagus, onion, cheese, ham" omelet! π€―!
Batter and fry! Dip and eat!
Cut off at the ground, wipe off dirt and eat!

This is a new one on me, but I met a vegetarian "dog" last wk. One of those fluffy 3lb ankle-biter things.
No kidding- he won't touch meat of any kind - only veggies.

Can't forget peppers, just got done making a batch of serrano, ghost pepper hot sauce, which has been fermenting for about 6-7 weeks.
