A dear friend of mine that guides for elk in New Mexico has this blade of mine. It’s over 30 years old and has gutted and skinned hundreds of elk. I’d been making blades for ten or so years and thought I could give advice to Jesus on knife making back then. I’ve improved a bit since then but my buddy still loves this blade: You only live once, but...if you do it right, once is enough.
