Currently the market offers side by side shorty shotguns called coach guns. Then there are tactical pumps and autoloaders but zero over and under shorty's offered for sale.

Charles daly makes one or did make one. Several companies make them with 22-24" barrels geared toward Turkey hunters. I guess not a lot of demand

OTOH, I seem to recall seeing one or two sawed-off O/Us in movies, up sleeves and under coats.

Up close and personal, a SxS has a slight advantage over an O/U in that it does not have to be opened as far in order to reload.
