I’m looking for a left hand Sako for deer and black bear hunting. Currently have a lh Tikka that I really like and would like to have a Sako as well.
Shoot me a pm if you have one you are willing to part with.
Thanks

There's several Sako AV's on the GB. Hope you have deep pockets.

Thanks, I also saw those. Two have been listed for over a month, possibly two. Priced well beyond the market IMO. GB pricing has seemed to be very high…fees, taxes, etc. Prefer dealing with people who have shared interest rather than making a fast buck.

Sako Classic

In the prevailing market, this one is priced reasonably, IMO. Best LH Sako ever.

Thanks. Looks good except the previous owner put a muzzle brake on it. Deal breaker for me. I like rifles that are factory standard.

Have the brake removed and recrowned. I also don’t like muzzle brakes, I value my hearing. Sako’s usually have 23 1/2” barrels, plenty to work with.

Factory barrel length on the old AV is all over the place. I have the identical rifle to the one in the link. The barrel is 24" even, but I've likewise seen them at 23-1/2" and owned another in .338 that had a 22-1/2" barrel.
