Got caught running it in his welding truck. He got 5 years in jail and $10K fine.

I think the stimulus checks slow Joe passed out did more to fuel inflation than anything else that's happened lately. Substantially increased the money supply. As a result the feds started increasing interest rates trying to slow things down. But it's not borrowing that's fueling inflation, it's printing money to hand out and using it to buy votes. They are talking about even more in the coming months.
