We have built a society with infrastructure which is dependent on readily available and affordable fuel. At the same time, the companies which produce the fuel have convinced us they are operating out of patriotism and only need more profits to better demonstrate their concern for their fellow citizens.
When the war in Ukraine started, someone said, "Hey, let's float the concept that this war is creating a fuel shortage in North America and use that as an excuse to jack up prices. At the same time, we can export a lot of our supply, at high prices, and say we are doing it to help our allies. This will reduce supply and further raise prices at home. I think we can make it fly. After all, it has been shown most people will believe anything they are told if we can get the MSM behind us. They will get behind us because they love to deliver bad news. We'll have the whole country eating out of our hand. Wecan probably even get the government to pay us to make more money. That's free enterprise!" GD

$5.24 diesel at most places. $5.19 at Vitus in Sterling last weekend. Certainly higher on the lower peninsula.

Only problem with your statement their is no drilling going on federal lands. Sure yo boy Joey Biden says there is. But we all know that’s far from the truth.

Oil companies are not going to make investments when the future is risky. Look at the money put into the Keystone pipeline to be canceled. The Democrats have said they are going to destroy coal and fossil fuels. They oil companies believe them.

Well at least were finding out who our real friends are, and what family members we no longer need to send happy holiday cards to.
Joey will be hog tied come January, and not long after bad orange man returns. Then things will be looking up again.
We just need to remember who our real friends are, and never again let the others forget that, regardless as to who they are.

1/3 of Americans are democrats.
1/3 of Americans are republicans.
1/3 of Americans just care about gas price.

Go to the pumps. Look around. Say out loud, "This is getting expensive!"
1/3 of those pumping will expound on their anger.

Coupons for gasoline rationing were printed but were never actually used during the 1979 crisis. On July 15, 1979, President Carter outlined his plans to reduce oil imports and improve energy efficiency in his "Crisis of Confidence" speech (sometimes known as the "malaise" speech).

Let's add hydraulic oil, engine oil ... Hell at least tire are getting cheaper .... Oops [bleep] WRONG....

Another Factor people have to consider for the farmers.
All the fuel burn in the excavation company for myself it goes on to the hourly rate of machines and bids for jobs at ultimately gets passed on to the finished product in my cases is usually subdivisions and houses. But all the fuel burn on a farm is not passed on that easily. Very small percentage of farm products go to market with the producer actually setting the price. Lots of things are happening to work on help changing that and cut out some middlemen but the fact still remains.

Money, money, money. That's all you pukes think about. To hell with the poor folks who cant afford to go fishing or drive to work and still eat with inflated food prices.

Oh, you thought all you lowlife, low IQ dimocraps were unemployed and on food stamps.

Well, surprise, surprise, your NWO corksucking buds dont have everyone living off us Republicans yet.

BTW, hazard a stupid guess as to how many poor people will starve in the world after your buds are successful in driving corn and wheat prices up?

As your buds say, if you cant get nuclear war or toxic vaccines or man made viruses to reduce the Earths population you can always do as Stalin did and starve them.
