Gentleman, Has anyone got a pair of 1" Ruger Offset Rings laying around they would be willing to sell? I would prefer gloss finish, but I don't always get what I want!! Intend to mount a Leupold VX III 6.5X20X40 on my No.1V with a heavy barrel in .22-250Remington, and I'm sure I'll need the offset rings. Thak you for looking. Soup :

I have one gloss offset, slightly used, and a standard medium ring to go with it. If you need two offsets, I'm not much help.

They sure are ugly and heavy in their original form. I put mine on a weight loss program.

Ooh, I like that! I too am forced to use offset rings because of my bolloxed-up neck, and am not happy with the look of them even though they function fine. Might have to re-sculpt them like this. Did you roughly mill them to shape and finish with files?

Soup : I have a set of stainless that will never get used as they didn’t accomplish what I wanted. My Leupold VXII varmint/target gave me the eye relief I needed.

i think the factory offset rings would look better w just less material at the back. Dont even need to contour em ( although contouring looks way better ).
Simple one mill cut radius at back.
