It appears the grain is running lengthwise in a number of the pieces.
Any particular reason it was cut that way? Who was the retarded fug that cut that? That’s a combination of using someone else’s dull-as-[bleep] knife and a whirlwind of people coming through and tearing/grabbing food from the board. It was probably the best brisket I’ve made It's OK to say that you don't know, it's how you learn.

Jud- all bullschit aside- the brisket was very good. Very tender and juicy. Hell ya. How’s certs brisket turn out? Jud.. I didn’t make one I was just there hazing/drinking then eating it the next day. I did give him $hit about the pic cause that wasn’t a very photogenic brisket at that point… Truthfully it was one of the better briskets. And that knife wouldn’t cut a block of tofu. And there was 20 hands grabbing and tearing at it… But haters gonna hate you know…

You cook brisket with a probe tells me you have no clue how to cook brisket. Here is a few pro tips….
Wrap when the fat renders. If you want to wrap.
Pull when she feels like entering a wet box.
