We like it. Barqs is my favorite. Bundaberg is good for the fancy sfuff. Full disclosure My exposure to Barq’s was at CiCi Pizza That may have upped the suck factor 🤷🏻♂️ Seemed bitter flavored though You wanna talk really suck, patooey, yukk: Jamaican Ginger root beer. Ho lee fook ☠️☠️☠️🤮🤮🤮💩💩 Took the 3 left from a 4-pack and shot em off of a fence post with glock 19

IBC, but the local stores had stop selling it. Going to have to find another brand for a root beer float.

1. Hires 2. Dads 3. All the rest
I prefer birch beer but can’t get that out here that I’ve seen. I order my Birch Beer online. Yoders has the 2 liter bottle for $2.79 ea., but they charge for shipping. https://www.yoderscountrymarket.net/PA-Dutch-Birch-Beer-2-Liter/item/DRDV458070Amazon sells a 12 pack of cans for $21.00 with free shipping. Fast food places out here all carry Barq's. It's worse than the bite.

Hires and A&W is what we had growing up. Haven't had any in years, but now I'm salivating for a root beer float.

Frosty Root Beer is what we used to drink as a kid. It was awesome. I'm not sure it's even made any more. FROSTY MAN,FROSTY.Best commercial root beer I've ever drank when I was a kid.Probably last time I had a Frosty was in the 1960's

Had no idea there were so many different brands of Root Beer. IBC & Bargs is about all you see around my parts. I like root beer but don't have a preference. Whatever they got is what I'll order.

Had no idea there were so many different brands of Root Beer. Likewise. I've never heard of a bunch mentioned nor ever had any on draft either. I like IBC and A&W, and pass on Barq's. Been a long time since I've had any root beer though. As for floats, I see them as a good waste of ice cream and soda. I prefer each without the other.

Frosty Root Beer is what we used to drink as a kid. It was awesome. I'm not sure it's even made any more. It's available in north Idaho and was pretty darn good as a kid.

A&W zero sugar is the best I can drink these days. When I was a kidcwe had a A&W Drive In. I can remember mom handing me a root beer in a thick glass mug. I remember it tasted a lot better than that water that came out of the rubber garden hose we had been drinking out of all day.

Up until 1999 you could by a gallon of fresh tap root beer from a local A&W that was still a drive in with carside service.
Mom and Pop family from our church that owned the land, building and a long term Franchise lease going back to the 1960's finally sold out to Corporate for big money and retired to Florida. Good peoples.
Got turned into a drive thru KFC.
Nothing better than root beer on tap.

Last time I saw some was in Colorado. We used to get it out of the Coke machines at the gas station when I was a kid in the late 60’s. Good stuff back then along with Grape Nehi and Orange Crush. We had A&W Root Beer drive-ins when I was a kid. In those huge super thick frosted mugs. That was the best. We had a local chain that was a A&W knock-off called K&N Root beer. They were good too. Don’t remember seeing them anywhere else.

Prefer Hires. It hasn't been available here for a decade. A&W is the only other one I like. Mug, is tolerable, Barq's sucks. sometimes poemKinda rude. Pretty sure you don't get Lebanon there either.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
