We are going to play 42 at a friends house tonight, mow the yard tomorrow, hit the club for dancing Saturday night, go to oldest daughter’s for lunch Sunday. That about covers it. What are you all doing?

Dinner tonight with the GF, drinks to maybe follow with some of her work friends. I like them okay. Tomorrow - probably ride the bike. We went from 50's and rain to 80's and sun overnight. So I'm going to get the RoadGlide out for the first run of the season. Probably end up at The Iron Buffalo for music and pizza. Sunday will rest. NEXT Saturday is Testicle FestivalThe Glam Band will be there - 80's hair/metal cover band and they put on one hell of a show. Pyro, costumes, whole bit and they are GOOD - singers and musicians. Sounds like the real deal. This festival is always a blast. Town is 2 blocks long, shut off, bars at each end. 1000 people drinking and bands all day. Not a single cop or security guard in sight - everyone just has a chill, very good time. Playlist - Glam Band

My six year old is having his kindergarten friends over for a pool party, looks like I am the designated lifeguard and hot dog griller......have already gone and stocked up on Yeungling (for me).

I just finished mowing and weed whacking 2 acres, cooking brats in a few and watching Friday the 13th on the projector outside.
Tomorrow I'll be day drinking while smoking a few chickens.

Headed to La Grange. For first "Texas on Tap and Scheutzenfest" saturday at the old Kreische brewery at Monument Hill (Dawson massacre victims burial site) State Historical Site. I’ll be doing some form of living history with all my wood working tools. Taking my Jäger rifle too!
When park closes at 4:30 is when the polka music and bier starts!!! About 25 or so craft breweries on site with their wares. If you’re in the area may be worth a stop by. The area is just south of La Grange Tx on US 77. Just after crossing Colorado river and going up bluff.

I guess they still have a dance hall there. Looks pretty cool, big dance floor, bed and breakfast, wifey likes that. We go to Coupland dancehall often, can spend the night there too
