I cannot login in IOS with either my laptop or iPhone - only going thru Microsoft Edge.

When I look thru my settings my password shows twice as many *************** as there should be - seems like double. I've contacted the Fire but no return emails.

If I could figure out how to change/reset my password then I might be able to log in on my cell and laptop. Thanks.


I just tried deleted the 19 ***************** characters in my password box and retyped a new 11 digit password and it updated with the same amount of 19 ***************** digits and I can't see what those are..

Just tell us precisely what you want it changed to.

Your funny - I'd like to change it to something that only I know what it is.

I've been updating our home network this week.

More wire, new switches and access points. New controller.

Its all working now. This process has caused me to start drinking cheap beer....or more of it anyways.

Our house is small thank God. Also ran Cat6 to the shop. That took a hot minute and caused sweating. I'm retired, try not to sweat at anything resembling work.

Got 2 notebook pages with equipment access passwords, wireless access passwords and client logins. Plus a detailed vlan map/port diagram.

This chit should last until my wife is retired and maybe the rest of my life.

OP, try another machine and or another browser????
