According to Google the FBI budget appears right around 10 billion dollars each year. Just wondering when was the last time the FBI stopped or prevented a major attack on America or Americans?

Stopped... Or Started?

Interesting question you pose regardless...

They are some expensive trouble makers I’d say. Set up, entrapment, then put on the tactical gear and wax people.

In summer of 2001, two FBI agents in Arizona sent reports to headquarters in DC about two Muslim men, who were spending thousands of $ in flight training simulators, but only to learn how to fly jetliners, not to takeoff, or to land. How weird is that? And there was a female FBI agent in Minnesota sending in identical reports about a single Muslim "flight student" up there.

FBI DC did nothing with this information. The two Muslims in Arizona died in the cockpit on 9/11. The one in Minnesota got delayed for some reason, y'all will recall that one plane had only 4 hijackers. That guy was "The fifth hijacker." He is currently doing life at Supermax Florence.

FBI DC had all the information they needed to stop 9/11 and yet they did nothing.
How did President George the Stupid handle it? Did he fire the FBI Diirector? No, he gave the FBI DIrector a pay raise.

I am sure the are more then a few instances where the FBI did stop an active threat but never spoke of it. Once they went all in on terrorism they got to write their own check. I am surprised it is only 10 billion!

I used to think our government was primarily honest and worked for the benefit of the taxpayers. I even thought we were in Viet Nam to stop the spread of communism. Started reading and studying, observing and drawing my own conclusions starting about time of the assasination of JFK. I am convinced our government is corrupt as any in the world, at least since WW2. To paraphrase, we have the best government money can buy!

They’re worse than worthless because they actively conspire against us and spend an inordinate amount of time, money and resources trying to create crimes and criminals that otherwise don’t exist. There is a tremendous amount of evil in our country but unfortunately much of that evil not only gets ignored by the feds but the feds are the ones perpetrating it in the first place. They’re incompetent at catching real criminals so instead they create bad guys and crimes which allows them to hide behind the lie that they’ve done something….anything that made this country safer.

I’ve got ZERO respect for the alphabet soup sandwiches. 🖕

They missed another one in Buffalo, even though he was "On the radar". How many psychos are going to kill while they target PTA moms and po'd Boomers that walked around DC on January 6th?

The FBI is more about investigation after the fact and less as a terrorist/bad guy deterrent.

But good news, they have done a good job at suppressing terrorist parents.

All the agencies have been weaponized against American citizens. Congress is good with it because it insulates them. Want more tax money? Creat an agency to control and regulate. That way you don’t have to be accountable to your constituents.

If the FBI was a company, it would rank among the World's largest 900-something corporations.

They chase down mean posts on the internet about Lon Horiuchi - money well spent.
