At least 95%+ of the mass shooters were on law enforcment's radar before they started shooting. IF white supremacy is the single worst threat to the US why hasn't clueless Joe having the FBI watching them? Is the FBI ALLOWING things to happen to support an agenda?

What should the police and fbi do with everyone on their radar? With an annual budget of $10,000,000,000 they should be able to come up with an idea. Probably not though. Personally, I’d be making life miserable for anyone with a manifesto of carrying out a mass shooting.
